Two Different Redeem Options are Available

You can redeem your winnings via the “Account Management” tab, which is found on the menu page once you're logged in. We will send your winnings to the email address you used to create your game account.

Redeem & Buy

The "Redeem & Buy" option allows you to convert your winnings into store credit / instant game entries whereas the "Redeem" option cashes you out.

Your ​winnings will be located in the WINNINGS  box which can be found at the bottom left hand corner of the in-game screen.

Important (Please Read)

To use the redeem option you need a minimum of 1.00 credit.​

Please allow us up to 24 hours to​ e-mail you your winning amount.​

All winnings are subject to a processing fee of 2.9% plus $0.30 per transaction. 

If you have not received your winnings within 24 hours please contact us.

*Recent Update:  There is a maximum transfer limit of $50 via P2P payments. If you redeem a winning amount that is over $50 you will be required to fill out a payment authorization form. It is your responsibility to make sure all of the information entered onto the payment authorization form is correct; any errors could cause a delay or forfeiture of your winnings. Once we receive the payment authorization form your total winnings will be transferred directly to your bank account within 1-3 business days, depending on your bank. Any participant, whose cumulative winnings equal $600 or more over the course of a year, will be required to fill out an affidavit of eligibility.  If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to properly execute and return the affidavit of eligibility and/or the payment authorization form within the required time period (30 days from date of prize redemption) potential winner forfeits prize.
